Simply making the body strong and disease-free does not ensure complete health unless the mind is filled with peace, stability, and happiness. Medical science also acknowledges that negative thoughts, anxiety, fear, and stress weaken the body's immunity. Many diseases are merely the result of an unbalanced and restless mind. Individuals whose minds remain balanced have a lower risk of diseases in their lives. Happiness is called the superior elixir because it not only lightens the mind but also energizes every part of the body with vitality. Just as sunlight dispels darkness, the light of happiness removes the sadness, fear, and anxiety from life.

Freeing life from anxiety and fear is the greatest necessity. Anxiety is a poison that slowly hollows out the body. Fear weakens a person and robs them of their self-confidence. In contrast, a person who lives fearlessly and without worry overcomes circumstances. Balanced thinking and positive thoughts give a person inner strength. This is why great personalities have always considered joy and happiness as the foundation of life. Thoughts such as hatred, envy, anxiety, and anger make the body unhealthy. On the other hand, thoughts like friendship, compassion, peace, and happiness act as medicine in preventing diseases. Indeed, the impact of thoughts on health is deeper than that of any medicine.
