Salvation: Path to Spiritual Freedom

Salvation: Path to Spiritual Freedom ‎

‎Human life is not just about being born, eating, and struggling until death. If we view life solely from this perspective, there remains no significant difference between humans and other creatures. It is human consciousness and the search for understanding that makes us unique: 'Who am I? Why have I come here? What is the true purpose of my life?' The answer to this search is liberation. The common meaning of liberation is freedom from bondage: throughout our lives, we are caught in various bonds of desires, fears, sorrows and joys, successes and failures. Trapped in these bonds, humans keep revolving in the cycle of birth and death. Liberation means breaking free from this cycle and attaining absolute freedom.

‎Why is liberation (moksha) necessary? Because no true happiness is permanent. Wealth, fame, position, or relationships all change. As long as we depend on these, we do not find peace. Liberation is the state when a person relies not on external supports, but on the inner truth and the Supreme Being. It is the ultimate state of peace, joy, and freedom. In fact, the meaning of liberation is not just going to some realm after death. It is a state that can be attained in life itself. When a person breaks through their internal limitations, when they transcend 'I' and 'mine' and become one with the entire universe, only then does the experience of liberation occur. This is the state when fear ceases, when there is no sense of lack or insecurity. Therefore, it is said that the goal of life is not just to live, but to move towards liberation. Liberation is the point where the soul experiences complete freedom and infinite peace. In this quest for liberation, meditation and spiritual practice play an important role. When we listen to our inner voice, we begin to understand the meaning of our existence.
