Due to this ignorance, a person keeps wandering in search of happiness. Sometimes they seek happiness in material possessions, and at other times in sensory pleasures, but they find no contentment because all these pleasures are temporary. If a person practices yoga, meditation, spiritual gatherings, and self-study, they attain limitless joy from within. The joy that springs from the soul remains permanent. After achieving this, a person remains joyful in every situation and experiences lasting fulfillment. Negative emotions like hatred and jealousy fade away from their mind, and divine feelings such as compassion, love, and sensitivity begin to overflow in their heart. Their life becomes complete from both physical and spiritual perspectives. If a person seeks eternal peace, they must engage in meditation and devotional singing.

A person thinks that external paths are suitable for attaining happiness, but after becoming focused, one realizes that the source of happiness and joy is within us. This self-realization always exists in a blissful person, because joy is related to the soul, while happiness is related to the body. Such a person performs their actions honestly and is not influenced by criticism or praise from others.
