Open All Doors – Daily Thinker Philosophy
The equation of life
For success in life, devote yourself to understanding a specific method thoroughly. After that, apply it. Then you will realize that there is still much to learn from it. Complete that learning. Through this gradual application, you will understand something new. This will make tasks easier, but you will also have to make additional efforts to learn it. After doing all this, you will have acquired expertise in a particular kind of life. It is possible that in the future you may face some competition in your field. Some will be more successful and some unsuccessful individuals will come before you. After interacting with them, you will become an innovator once again, and people will be impressed by your knowledge. Then, the world and the materialistic will either unnecessarily praise or criticize your work. The desire to refute criticism will arise within you. If you can learn from your criticisms, improve yourself, and then forget that criticism like the weather, you will become the master of a fully developed personality.
If you keep writing even a tenth of this travel experience, you will become a thinker or a writer. In the future, your thoughts may be called philosophy. The position of a philosopher will arise when you understand that the world functions in its own way and that what we have done had already been done by someone else in some other form. God made us work in one way and made another work in a different way. Everyone's needs in the world are interdependent. Therefore, when we understand that although people may call our house beautiful, the window of the house only brings us joy when the view outside is also pleasant. We must also strive to make it beautiful. This is the equation of life that should be attempted to be understood.
Importance of generosity
Generosity is a human quality that provides a wonderful glow to one's personality. It is a quality that encompasses a vivid and broad sentiment within itself. A generous person is always ready to assist and promote the well-being of others. A generous personality always possesses a broad perspective and a visionary ideology.
If we look at our history, we will find that all the great souls who have been born on this earth have embodied the quality of generosity in their personalities.
There is a deeply profound relationship between humanity and generosity. The quality of generosity is the first recognition of humanity. In its absence, being born as a human seems somewhat meaningless. The quality of generosity signifies the vastness of the heart and the sincerity of the mind. Rising above personal selfishness and maintaining feelings of compassion and altruism towards all living beings, as well as always thinking about the welfare of humanity, are the characteristics of a generous person. The quality of generosity is akin to a lamp that burns itself but provides the priceless light to others. If you are generous, undoubtedly, there will be a vast collection of virtues within you that will inspire you to become a great human being from just a human. Compassion, humility, forgiveness, sacrifice, sensitivity, kindness, empathy, and the spirit of cooperation are just some of the priceless qualities that reflect in the personality of a generous person.
The importance of this quality has increased significantly, as today we are inclined to adopt a self-centered and selfish perspective. However, for the satisfaction and fulfillment of our inner selves, we must act with a generous perspective and visionary thinking. By doing so, we can certainly succeed in making our lives meaningful and purposeful.
Power of spiritual practice
Diving deep into the heart leads to self-realization and the experience of inner strength, allowing the mind to detach from burdens such as ego, hatred, anger, intoxication, greed, and malice. The experience of the God residing within every human being is a priceless heritage of life; those who realize it find their life blessed. Every individual can witness the Supreme through meditation and resolve. It is the discernment that brings success in actions taken after profound contemplation. Discernment means insight based on reflection and experience. It is a light that dispels darkness created by fear, confusion, doubt, and anxiety, inspiring a person to move forward. Therefore, understanding the importance of contemplation, one should search for the truth within themselves. Truth shapes an individual and provides unimaginable fulfillment. Practicing truth in life makes a person humble. The presence of truth and love dispels hatred and fear. Having truth and love is akin to spiritual practice, which requires patience, courage, and self-control.
Three types of individuals have been identified - the self-seer, the era-seer, and the future-seer. The activities of the self-seer are entirely self-focused. The era-seer is a person who has the ability to perceive and assess the era and make decisions accordingly. The future-seer has long-term thinking and foresight. Just as the wind that blows after touching flowers fragrances the entire atmosphere, similarly, the moment of self-recognition can fill your mind with the essence of belongingness. However, this requires concentration and a strong resolve. That is why it is said, 'Life is a complete experience. The more experiments you make, the better you make it.'
Facing challenges
What is a life that is not filled with challenges and struggles? It is only by enduring challenges that a person shines like a diamond. A life without challenges and running away from struggles rusts with time. One leaves the world without realizing the inherent possibilities. When challenges come in life, the first reaction is naturally fear and running away. It seems as if the challenge is going to wreak havoc by threatening existence. This apprehension cripples the intellect and life decisions start getting affected. In this state of mind inspired by fear and insecurity, many times a person takes such short-sighted decisions, for which he regrets later.
Challenges come to enhance the inherent capabilities within a person. When challenges are faced with prudence and courage, they become steps of progress. Consider challenges as a divine gift, which come to a person not to destroy or annihilate him but to make him stronger. They point out the internal shortcomings, deficiencies and weaknesses of a person, show the slackness of efforts, awaken him from unconsciousness and come to open the doors of the inherent infinite possibilities, so that the person can realize the inherent possibilities by developing the necessary eligibility.
Consider all types of challenges as your well-wishers and accept them happily. For this, face the fear and doubt associated with them. Then understand the necessary message contained in them and convert this message into a concrete action plan. Move towards the desired goal by developing the necessary ability and eligibility. People of adventurous nature wait for such challenges and when they come, they accept them and make the journey of life exciting.
Journey Within
Today's society is restless and unbalanced, and the only remedy for this situation is practice and meditation. A person who practices experiences joy in life and liberation from problems. As practice progresses, the strong front of problems begins to weaken. The main objective of practice is to live a joyful and balanced life.
Through practice, we want to create a state where the consciousness is pure and clear, and there are no traces of restlessness. This is an effective way to face problems. Keeping our thoughts disciplined enhances self-esteem and teaches us to practice loving ourselves. Communicating with oneself and listening to one's feelings is a better way to express underlying fears. When we look within and express our true feelings, facing fear becomes easier. Sometimes people stray even while walking on straight paths, but when the inner and outer mind are aligned, straying does not trouble us. Steps connected to trust and inner energy lead us in the right direction.
Anxiety makes us weak in our eyes and motivates us to move on the wrong paths. "Only the one who fears to journey within himself wanders." Self-control is not possible without overcoming laziness and indifference. We have some fundamental desires, and if we cannot eliminate them, it becomes difficult to eliminate the complex desires based on those desires. Thus, through practice and meditation, we can embark on our inner journey, which leads us towards peace and balance.
Art of living
Favourable and unfavourable circumstances are a part of life, but to keep smiling in those situations is called the art of living. Pain makes us strong and tears make us courageous. We become wise from the pain of the heart. We should be grateful to all the pleasant and unpleasant events and incidents, because they have made us aware of all those good things, towards which we were indifferent till now. Rainbow is visible only when rain and sunshine meet. The joy of living also comes only when there is both happiness and sorrow. The vehicle of life which moves forward with equanimity in every situation of life gives real happiness.
In this journey of life, our co-passengers i.e. other people also play an important role. Good people give us happiness and bad people give us experience. The best people leave behind their pleasant memories. One special thing about good people is that they remain good even in bad times. Today we are in a good condition, for this the contribution of people in the past cannot be ignored and we must be grateful to them. We are also not perfect. Therefore, do not look for perfection in everyone. Do not expect too much from them. Judge people less and love them more. Respect everyone, but that should also be in a fixed proportion.
You should give your time to someone only as much as is necessary. Excessive availability devalues you. If a stranger is our well-wisher, then he is also our own and the one who harms us is a stranger even though he is our own. Remember that disease originates in our body and troubles us. Whereas medicine, even though originates in a faraway forest, cures us. Utility and its qualities and demerits are the identity of our own and strangers.
Acquired and unacquired abilities
Human life is unique. Every human being is born with his own special abilities. These special abilities make him completely different and unique. Therefore, every human being should try to make good use of his acquired abilities. He should not run after any unachieved ability, because by doing so he is not able to do what is possible on the basis of his acquired abilities.
Actually, when a person remains worried about unachieved qualities, a negative attitude starts developing in him, which over time pushes him into a deep pit of despair. Therefore, human life is all about recognizing one's inherent abilities and achieving the goal of life easily with devotion to duty. There is no need to worry much about resources while moving on the path of duty, because it is a natural rule that resources are created according to the circumstances. We just have to see how respectfully we use our acquired abilities. If we look deeply, we will find that the welfare and progress of man is inherent in natural justice. That is why man should respect every situation in life.
Instead of thinking unnecessarily about the circumstances, we should accumulate our strength. Only through that we can make good use of the present circumstances. This is the principle of life that the person who makes good use of the present, only his future is bright. There is no benefit in thinking unnecessarily about the unattained. Therefore, man should work in the present circumstances. In fact, work is related to the present and thinking is related to the past or future. That is why one should think only about that which cannot be achieved by work.
Happy and unhappy
Every person in the world is unhappy about something or the other. A man, afflicted by unbridled desires and longings, is so entangled in the hypnosis of his knowledge, education, position, money, house and family that this attachment does not allow him to remain detached. If what he wanted happens, he is happy, otherwise he is unhappy. Whereas, it is destiny that determines the results of his actions according to his actions. When, how, how much and where will he get, all this is also in the hands of destiny. God's clear message is that selfless actions should be performed. That is, one should not be so attached to the results of actions that it overpowers the man.
It is true that destiny is not going to stop, no matter how hard we try. Material achievements are not permanent. When life itself is not immortal, then what is the justification for attachment to materialism? By adopting this formula of staying away from happiness and sorrow, countless people can benefit. The mind of man keeps falling prey to instability due to lack of thought, anger, fear and fear of disappointment. The simple way to get free from this is 'Practice'. Practice means to become a little better every day, which includes the feeling of restraint and detachment. With constant effort, it is possible to achieve great success one day.
Sometimes stop for a moment and remember those moments when nothing happened as per our wishes, but after some time we felt that it was good that it did not happen like that. Therefore, considering God's will supreme in our desires and considering death as an eternal truth, happiness and sorrow, respect and insult all become the same for a wise man. Therefore, accepting 'what happened is good, what is happening is also good, and what will happen will also be good', man should remain a selfless Karmayogi.
Quality of Karma: How Intention Shapes Righteousness and Spiritual Growth
Generally, criminal acts and acts prohibited by society are considered inauspicious. However, righteousness determines the quality of Karma not only by direct violence or harshness of conduct but also by the tendencies of mind. A person who refrains himself from direct misdeeds does not necessarily get established in the category of a virtuous soul. The auspiciousness of Karma does not lie only in the purity of prohibition but in the devotion to duty and purity of feelings. If you are averse to your responsibilities, if your speech is not sweet but hurtful, if your charity is not motivated by altruism but by the desire to benefit or if your humility has been transformed into a desire to show off, then all these Karmas, though they may appear faultless from the worldly point of view, are not auspicious from the spiritual point of view. The auspiciousness of Karma lies not in the external conduct but in its underlying intention. Even a smile can be inauspicious if it is laced with sarcasm. Even a harsh sentence can be auspicious if it protects someone from downfall. Righteousness is the test of the mental attitudes. Therefore, one who trades virtue for the satisfaction of his ego is as much doing a bad deed as the person who utters abusive words in anger.
If a person evaluates his life morally only on the basis that he has not killed, has not stolen, has not indulged in corruption, then he is moving ahead on the path of spiritual upliftment with a false notion. When a person turns away from his essential duties, whether it is towards the family, towards the society or towards his conscience, then he accumulates hidden sin. This sin is not of the kind that is punishable in the eyes of law, but it becomes an invisible obstacle in the progress of the soul.
Ideological Brainstorming: Unlocking Creative & Critical Thinking Skills
The heart is that important organ of the human body which sends the blood made of food and beverages to the brain first and the brain distributes it to the entire body as per the need. When a human grows in the womb of his mother, he keeps drinking Amrit. When the child is born, he cries because he starts getting deprived of Amrit. The external world has been called the world-ocean. The newborn child becomes a victim of external attacks and counter-attacks as soon as he is born. For the initial years, he remains under the shadow of his parents, but later on, when this shadow is removed from him, the demons of lust, anger, attachment, greed and other negative disorders start attacking him. All the demons establish their dominance in the mind of a human being born as a god. Then the desire for external attraction becomes strong in him. In such a situation, the human being gets caught in a dilemma and there starts a conflict between the god and the demon. Then bitterness and disputes with people etc. start happening. This is where the human being should come out of the 'palace of mind' and awaken 'conscience'. But a prudent person should not allow the poison of vices to spread towards the heart, because as soon as vices reach the heart, the feeling of revenge will start awakening. A person should not do senseless things in response, rather he should improve his life with prudence.
Meaning of Life – Growth, Challenges, and Purpose
Human life is a precious gift of God. Its correct evaluation is necessary. The dignity and significance of man lies in the fact that he performs his duties and responsibilities with complete dedication. If his activities are limited only to physical needs and greed, then he is only called a man. When greed and ego are included in it, this situation becomes even more serious. Thus human life, which should be a symbol of great good fortune, becomes a cause of misfortune. If we spend our life energy in the acquisition of worldly things and in pleasures, then even if we create a pile of material wealth, the loss that will occur as a result cannot be compensated. Due to ignorance, man often considers worldly opulence as supreme and indulges in it, due to which his life energy gets destroyed and ultimately life ceases to exist.
We have got the human body as a tool to live life, so that the soul can move towards its goal. The journey of the soul is towards God, where there is only happiness. A person who adopts the right approach to life understands the secrets of life. Through this approach, he can avoid the difficulties and potential dangers associated with life. Only the person who identifies these dangers and finds ways to avoid them can live life like an artist. It is necessary to use the energy of life correctly and direct it towards the highest goals. To make our life meaningful, we should perform our duties and rise above materialism and move towards spiritual development.
Life lessons from war and peace
The words war and peace are two ends of human civilization. On one side is war, in which there is the echo of blazing cannons, blood-soaked land and a river of tears. On the other side is peace, in which life smiles like a blooming Palash and time rests as if by covering itself with a blanket of compassion. War begins with thoughts, but it ends with a pile of dead bodies. History is a witness to the fact that Buddha never gave a permanent solution. He has only given wounds, which take centuries to heal. The victory in war on which flowers are showered, later appears to be defeat on the test of wisdom.
Wars are not fought only on borders, they are also fought at the level of discussions. War is not just a game of swords. It is the kidnapping of the peace of the soul. Whereas peace is not inactivity, but the highest courage. Where war speaks the language of revenge, peace teaches the silent lesson of forgiveness. Peace is like the sun which becomes sunlight and enters the hearts. Without making noise, it gives warmth to life. What Gandhi's stick and Buddha's vision did, even a thousand swords could not do. Peace is the patience that takes a man on the path of self-introspection. Inside man there is a warmonger and a calm yogi also resides. This yogi is inspired by love, compassion and wisdom. The rise of civilization is possible only when we are able to control the warring animality in this inner journey and awaken the yogi within. For peace to be permanent, not only treaties but also resolutions are needed. Such resolutions that should be planted at every level. Remember that war is a momentary impulse, while peace is a long-term consciousness. We need that consciousness, which keeps man human and allows the earth to become heaven.
Understand the value of life
Life is a gift from God. Its disrespect is not forgivable. The breaths of the body, the waves of the mind, the beats of the heart are all blessings of God. Trying to destroy this rare human body is rebellion against God. Trying to make it useless is a grave crime. Thousands of powers lie dormant in a human being. They need to be awakened. If the powers remain dormant, life will remain stagnant. When the internal powers are activated, the body becomes dynamic. Therefore, one should never be disappointed and keep faith in oneself. Your soul is the storehouse of power. Therefore, it is the best duty to always try to listen to the voice of the soul. If you go closer to the soul, every doubt will be removed. Every question will be solved. Many problems arise only because of running away from the soul.
All tasks can be possible in this world with effort. Nothing is impossible. Napoleon Bonaparte had said - The word impossible does not exist in my dictionary. Worldly sages have repeatedly mentioned the superpowers hidden in the body and have shown the way to awaken them through meditation. Any human can become great through his deeds. Remain firm on your bravery, courage, intelligence, strength and skill. There is no power greater than self-confidence. Self-confidence is the greatest power. Therefore, the thought of suicide is a sin and its attempt is a great sin. Suicide should be considered an insult to God, rather it is a grave insult to God.
The human body is rare even for the gods, a human can attain God through his meditation. He can become entitled to salvation, but the gods cannot attain the supreme position. They have the right to enjoyment, not action. In this way, man can also become a part of all success only through Karmayoga.
Lesson of Humanity
Without learning the lesson of humanity, this human life cannot be meaningful. Humanity is the invaluable wealth and beautiful quality of human life. Just as the foundation of any building is made very strong. If the foundation is weak, the building collapses in a moment. Similarly, in the absence of the lesson of humanity, the life of a human becomes trivial. Discipline, humility, etiquette, virtue, dignity and rules are the real lessons of humanity. The one who practices them, is blessed with an extraordinary personality. By assimilating them in life, man becomes successful in achieving position, respect and prestige in society.
Even though people achieve happiness in life by doing good deeds, but those who have bad habits, they keep suffering due to them. To rescue and free them from this pitiable and miserable condition, it is necessary to teach them the lesson of humanity. The lesson of humanity gives a high level form to their life and makes it fragrant with the fragrance of good impression.
The sequence of learning the lesson continues from birth to death. An inert person remains involved in materialism throughout his life. He always seeks happiness in luxuries. Such people leave this world without doing anything meaningful. They have nothing to do with religion or spirituality. Due to this, they are unable to understand the purpose of human life and spirituality. On the contrary, cultured people teach their children from childhood to bow down to their mother, father, teacher and elders daily. They teach them unique lessons of respect and etiquette. Due to this, virtues like discipline, politeness, etiquette come into their life. Gradually, all these qualities become a part of their habit. This is the way to enrich life with the lessons of humanity.
Attachment Management
Attachment is such an emotion which arises in every living being, more or less. At a balanced level, attachment is useful and beneficial for human life in many ways. It makes daily life active and interesting. It also helps in determining the purpose of life. Attachment in humans also helps in social system. It increases social bonding and mutual cooperation. When this attachment increases too much, it can also be harmful for humans. In an exaggerated form, attachment takes the form of obsession. It pollutes the thoughts and resolutions of humans. This form of attachment has been said to be the root of all diseases, sorrows and it is also ignorance.
Attachment is a dark forest. In such a forest, a creature cannot understand anything, in search of light, it wanders here and there and becomes a victim of confusion. The thing or person towards which a person has extreme attachment, he gets attached to it. With the feeling of 'this is mine', man always wants to keep it with him, but this is not always possible, because nothing is permanent in this world. Everything is temporary and transient. It is only when such a condition arises that suffering and pain occur. Therefore, it is better to keep attachment to a minimum. Therefore, it is necessary that we keep all our attachments managed to an appropriate level to carry out our lives with peace and comfort. Do not let it take the form of attachment.
Pure Liberation
Being detached from sensual pleasures and the pleasures derived from them is called renunciation. There are mainly two types of sensual pleasures - visible pleasures and intangible pleasures. Visible pleasures are those which can be easily seen or experienced, such as wealth, property, etc. Intangible pleasures have always been heard of, such as the concept of heaven and salvation.
Detachment from sensual pleasures, indifference towards the visible world and the state of mind of detachment come as a stage in the spiritual progress of every person at some time or the other. This stage can be temporary, that for some time detachment arose and attractions like relatives, wealth and power started appearing futile, but after some time one got involved in the material world again. The seed of renunciation went into dormant state in the heart. At the same time, some human souls are born with the seed of renunciation, which germinates at the right time. Renunciation is the permanent emotion of their life. Visible objects never attract them, but they remain attracted to the sensible objects. The desire to find the invisible remains present in their inner mind. Attachment to the invisible becomes the support of their spiritual cultivation.
The desire to attain God is the biggest obstacle in attaining God. If any kind of desire remains in the mind, even a particle of craving remains, if there is a goal in the mind, then till then liberation is not possible. Becoming desireless is the biggest qualification to become eligible for salvation. Gradually, with practice, the practitioner attains the best pure state of mind, where nothing remains except light. Even the desire to attain God does not remain. Then comes the state of supreme renunciation, which is called 'Pure liberation'. Through practice and renunciation, determined practitioners attain salvation.
Books are our friends
Books have been called man's best friend. Books are the windows of the soul through which light fills the inner being of man. However, in a society where books become only a medium to pass exams, life along with knowledge also stops. Remember that books are not just a bundle of printed material, but a treasure of thoughts, a river of experiences and steps to improve life. Study is not just reading, it is to acquire a new perspective to look at life. A good book starts a silent dialogue within us. When we read a thoughtful author, we probe ourselves and our vision expands. The mind gets refined and questions arise in the soul. This process itself enriches a person from within.
In today's technological age, where there is a flood of information, there is a dearth of meaningful knowledge. We are reading, but not understanding. If we are understanding, then we are not applying it in life. Books only teach us the art of thinking. They awaken consciousness not only through agreement but also through disagreement. The culture of study makes a person thoughtful and a thoughtful person is the beacon of the society. Knowledge is not just an acquisition, it is also an important component of lifestyle. Books will not only give knowledge, but will also shape us from within. When the mind is restless and thoughts are scattered, a good book can unite us again. This is the energy that illuminates the soul and gives direction to civilization.
Come, let us pledge to build a deep relationship with books. Study, contemplate and reflect and share the nectar that comes out of this churning process. Only a knowledgeable society lays the foundation of peace and prosperity.
Mother Earth
The Earth is not just a celestial body revolving around the Sun, it is a divine identity full of many mysteries, which has been providing means of sustenance to all living beings including humans and plants since ancient times. The Earth, the ultimate shelter provider playing the role of a mother, has been considered a goddess and worshipped. The Earth has the highest place as the world's first doctor and treatment provider. All medicines also come from its garden. Primitive societies liked constant connection with the Earth in body and mind. While eating, drinking, getting up, sitting, resting, walking barefoot, they remained in close proximity to the Earth, which kept them healthy and positive in body, mind and heart. The practice of reverence towards the Earth and its worship and praise is prevalent in all religions. There is a tradition of Bhoomi Pujan before the construction of buildings. If the Earth is hurt due to digging during construction work, then along with apology, prayers are offered to free the building from evils and obstacles. There is a tradition of worshipping the land before sowing the crops so that Mother Earth provides abundant food grains.
The information available about useful plants and minerals available from the land is very limited. Nature lover Thomas Edison had mocked the thinking of humans who are proud of superficial knowledge and said, “The power of scientific efforts will be recognized only when a blade of grass is created in the laboratory.”
Humans must always keep in mind that we exist because of the earth, the earth does not exist because of us. We have to become its servants and protectors, not its masters. Today we have started to see and suffer the ill-effects of evil attempts to dominate the earth. Mother Earth is kind. Even after their evil deeds, she saved the surrendered demons, and she will do the same for us. We just have to have reverence for her and do the favourable work.
Indifferent
Being engaged in work without attachment is called Indifferent. Indifferent is that excellent feeling of life philosophy by adopting which a person can be successful in making his life meaningful like a lotus blooming in the mud without becoming a saint, without renouncing the world, by keeping himself away from mental disorders. In simple words, a person entangled in disorders like lust, anger, pride, attachment, greed and ego can uplift his life by taking a resolution to be disenchanted from them. This is such a practice in which one has to remain engaged in work while taking the ups and downs of life equally, performing one's responsibilities ideally and staying calm by staying away from love and hatred. A detached person has neither anyone of his own nor anyone else.
For indifferent, freedom from both impulsive and emotional states of mind is essential. In other words, neither the joy of happiness, nor the sorrow of sadness, that is, being equanimous in all situations is the identity of a detached person. The person who goes beyond the attachment of passion, hatred, fear, anger and greed is a detached person.
For a person who has embarked on the path of detachment, gold and pebbles are the same, so he neither holds anything nor leaves anything, because he has understood that the world is an illusion, which is a big obstacle in the attainment of God. Therefore, by escaping this world, the goal of a detached person is to achieve the feeling of 'included in all, away from all' and 'neither friendship with anyone, nor enmity with anyone', after achieving which he never becomes restless, anxious and frustrated. For a person who has become an ascetic with a detached attitude, the path of neither attachment nor detachment, equal love for all is the means to make life meaningful.
Goodwill
Our feelings play an important role in building our personality. Feelings also shape our inner values. This determines our role in the social environment. A person full of good feelings i.e. goodwill is loved by everyone in the society. In fact, having a feeling of the overall welfare of others, thinking about their progress is goodwill. When we express goodwill towards someone, an invisible energy is generated, which gives strength and happiness to the person in front. The person in front starts feeling happy. Goodwill always comes back and does positive work for you. When we behave with someone with goodwill, we also get positive energy in return. It also acts as a blessing for us.
The scope of goodwill is very wide. Goodwill should be kept not only with humans, but also with animals, birds, rivers, lakes, mountains and the entire nature. If we have goodwill with them, then they give us something in return. If we love animals and birds, then they also start loving us. They want our proximity. Many times we see that the pet of the house, seeing its owner in trouble, puts its life in danger to protect it. All this is possible only due to the goodwill between the owner and that animal. Even mute animals feel our feelings.
If we do not show goodwill towards nature, then nature will also stop showing goodwill. We are seeing many such incidents today. Natural disasters are an example and result of this. We need to work with goodwill in every sphere of life. Only with the mantra of goodwill does happiness come in life.
Contemplation
Contemplation means thinking seriously about a subject with a calm mind and trying to understand all its aspects. Human life is a confluence of various types of situations, ideological agitations, happiness, sorrow and anxiety, and various types of emotions. From birth to death, we have to face various problems at countless stages. We need contemplation to solve every problem. Contemplation helps us to find a solution to any problem or situation by going to the bottom of it.
Contemplation is such a mental activity in which discretion, intelligence, reasoning and insight also play an important role. Contemplation actually develops on the foundation of analysis, evaluation, comparative assessment and logical decision. Contemplation is such a quality that differentiates man from all other creations of God. Contemplation on a subject simply means that we are slowly descending into the depths of that subject and trying to develop a deep thinking and understanding about it by opening its layer by layer.
Contemplation is also necessary for the purity and refinement of the mind. Innovation and innovation are possible only through contemplation. Contemplation is also very necessary to know oneself, because important processes like self-introspection, introspection and self-analysis cannot be completed without contemplation. Contemplation is of indescribable importance for giving the right direction to life and making it meaningful. Great men, thinkers and philosophers have presented themselves as a great ideal only with the help of contemplation. Therefore, we should also try to make contemplation an essential part of our life.
Victory and defeat
In life, the sequence of happiness and sorrow continues equally. Time is not the same. Nature is changeable, so life will also change. Therefore, victory and defeat should be accepted with a steady mind. Never be disappointed by defeat, never be agitated by victory. Being very sad on defeat or being very happy on victory - both are not right, because these are not permanent, but changeable situations. It is the rule of the world that man will face both these situations. Crying and laughing are experiences of life, which teach lessons. Mahatmas have also said that there should be equal feelings in both.
Man should stay away from the pride of winning or the despair of losing. Winning and losing are the steps of Karmayoga, they are the stages of destiny. A brave and patient man should not fall into confusion. After defeat comes victory and after victory comes defeat. Material success should be considered the illusion of Maya. Victory and defeat should be considered the steps of success. In every situation, victory and defeat should be seen from the point of view of sportsmanship. The reason for defeat should be considered to be those mistakes which we committed due to immaturity. Defeat is actually parallel to the strategy of victory. If you want to win, then you should find the implication of defeat. Defeat is the follower of victory. Defeat should not be considered as defeat but the seed of victory. Not considering defeat as a negative noun is the identity of a real winner. Sometimes victory becomes a defeat and sometimes defeat also becomes a victory.
Circumstances and parallels show effect in a special background. It is not appropriate to assess victory and defeat like birth and death. Neither youth and old age can be a series of victory and defeat. Happiness and sorrow cannot be divided on this basis. Therefore, man should always remain free from the mentality of victory and defeat.
Value of time
Time is the most valuable thing. Nobody has it in unlimited quantity. It is like a continuously flowing river which never stops and never turns back. Therefore, the meaning of life lies in the proper use of every moment of time. Every moment of our life brings a new opportunity. Whether it is to learn, to work or to spend time with loved ones. If we miss these moments, then that opportunity also slips out of our hands. Misuse of time weakens a person's self-confidence. He starts feeling guilty that he has not achieved anything. In this process, he wastes a lot of time.
A well-planned routine saves time from being wasted. In today's digital age, the means of distraction have increased, so the challenge of keeping the routine organized has increased even more. On the other hand, if we remain immersed in work and do not take out time for our loved ones, then life remains incomplete. Whereas if we are not able to take out time to fulfill our goals, then there is no other option left except regret. Therefore, we should plan our daily routine in a way that balances our professional, social and personal life.
Often we understand the value of time only when it slips out of our hands. Seeing a patient yearning for breath in a hospital or a student turning pages in the last minute of an exam shows how precious each moment is. Those who understand the value of these moments beforehand are never troubled by any sorrow later. Therefore, pledge to make good use of time today. This will not only make you successful, but will also fill your life with happiness, satisfaction and positivity.
Courage
When courage is weak, a person's ability becomes dormant. Inner strength is like magic to face any challenge in life. To increase this self-confidence, we should keep reading the biographies of those great men who were successful in achieving their goals even in scarcity and adverse circumstances. We should build relationships with those people who believe in achieving success through hard work and understanding. We should stay away from those people who are in favor of achieving success in any field in a negative way, because if one person has achieved success by wrong means, then it is not possible that this formula will be applicable to everyone. Often, successful people who have achieved through wrong means also fall into trouble.
The most important creation of God has been given to man in the form of intellectual ability. Not using it means cheating not only God but also oneself, due to whom we got life. Those who walk on the path of negativity lose courage. Fear first settles in the mind due to wrong deeds. A scared person loses all his abilities. Complete success is not achieved in the works done with fear. As soon as the slightest adversity comes, the body starts trembling and shaking. One has to bow down to people of very low stature. There is guilt in the mind. Guilt not only weakens the self-confidence, but diseases also take hold at the physical level.
Therefore, considering the saying of the scholars that 'if wealth is lost, nothing is lost, if health is lost, something is lost and if character is lost, everything is lost' as 100% correct, we should follow the path of positivity.
Conduct
For success, seekers of self-development have to learn good conduct. When conduct is good, the personality of a person becomes strong. Taking a vow to mold conduct is the most important duty of a person's thinking. When conduct is good, not only does a person's life become worship-worthy and worth worshipping, but he also gets success without any obstacles at every step.
The ease and joy of reaching the goal by walking together is not there in walking alone. The path of self-welfare cannot be achieved by deceiving others. By following discipline and rules, the interests of a person in society are protected and the path of progress of others is not obstructed. The world is being run according to rules. The sun is moving according to its set rules, the increase and decrease of the phases of the moon is always the same. All the planets and stars move on their set paths, due to this the world is moving properly. If these leave their respective limits, then they will collide with each other and present the scene of world destruction. Fire, air, sea, earth etc. have all taken their own vows. If they had started disobeying the rules, the work of running the universe would have stopped. Only by performing one's duty with unwavering devotion, the divine powers are called Amritbhoji. By following these rules, man can make his worldly and spiritual life happy and prosperous.
The desire to achieve perfection is a natural quality of man, but we become goal-averse by making our life chaotic. Every work starts from a small class, only then we move towards excellence. The initial class to achieve the goal of self-knowledge is fast-observance. This is how we make human life meaningful.
Remove the evil
Everyone has to see the colors of rise and fall, happiness and sorrow, success and failure in life. One person is in the state of rise and another person is in the state of decline. As soon as darkness starts to surround, night is about to fall. At that time artificial light starts being arranged. It is a strange thing that people want to welcome darkness with light. Light is the need of man. It is a truth of human life that light is dear to him. He does not want to live in darkness.
Both the situations of rise and decline are seen in every person's life, but some people live in the state of decline from birth. The reason for this is ignorance, ego, pride. Due to these situations their life gets destroyed. They do not know what is good, what is bad? What is right, what is wrong? Some people know the result, but due to their negligence and ego they embrace evil. Some people have the ego of knowledge, so even after knowing the evil, they adopt it out of ego thinking that I am powerful, what harm will happen to me.
There are many people in the world who are ruined by their ignorance, negligence and ego. The biggest problem of people surrounded by evil is that they become restless when alone, they feel incomplete. So they try to keep some more people in their company. Like alcoholics do not enjoy sitting alone and drinking. They look for companions for it and move towards excess. Excess often creates reaction and brings change in the opposite direction, whether it is in a season or a person or a government. The moment you decide to remove your past from your consciousness, you will feel a wonderful power within you.
Result of Karma
Every person has to perform his duties under the influence of the qualities acquired from nature. Hence, no one can remain without performing his duties even for a moment. The Creator has made it compulsory for all beings to remain engaged in work. Hence, from the first breath to the last breath, the creature can be seen to be involved in it. Fate is formed according to karma. The result of good deeds is pleasurable and the result of bad deeds is painful. Since virtuous deeds are the cause of man's greatness and bad deeds are the cause of man's degradation, man can be rewarded by becoming great not by birth, but by his good deeds. Whereas he can be despised by bad deeds.
How much, how and when will the result of which deed be received depends on God. Man has the right only to perform karma, not to determine its result. Therefore, man should remain active like a selfless Karmayogi and leave the work being done and its results to God, without any desire for results, because God has kept the account of all the good and bad deeds of man and the system to provide the corresponding results.
Benefits, good character, speaking the truth, non-violence, sweet speech, dignity, abstaining from backbiting, etc. are considered to be the best deeds. Selfless service and charity are two pillars of human life which are the factors of self-purification of man. Actions inspired by lust, anger and greed are said to lead to hell. Giving up these and adopting the path of religion, truth and devotion, always moving forward on the path of salvation is essential for the meaningfulness of human life.
Behaviour
Good behaviour is like a lamp which makes life bright. Mirror shows the external form of a person whereas behaviour shows the internal form.
Our entire life is based on the boat of behaviour. If the behaviour is good then the whole world is ours. If the behaviour is bad then forget the whole world, even our family members and neighbours do not become ours. A happy and peaceful life depends on our behaviour. The behaviour of other people is reflected in the mirror of our behaviour. It reflects the same as we are. The foundation of the house of life is based on the bottom of behaviour. If the foundation of behaviour is weak, that is, if the person is not skilled in behaviour then the house of life will be in a bad condition. That person will become frustrated and disappointed.
It is very important to have good behaviour to achieve success in life. Behaviour is the key which opens all the doors. This key can open the door of love, can open the door of development, can open the door of power and can open the door of devotion. Be it enemy or friend, if you can open your heart for everyone, then you will get such gifts of life which you would not have even imagined.
The real identity of a man is not his clothes, food, language and his facilities. The real identity is his behaviour. This behaviour is identified through his spiritual qualities. The basic foundation of the meaning and success of life are those qualities of a person which make him human, which we see in the form of sensitivity and compassion, kindness, sense of service, charity. In fact, these qualities are the foundation on which a man stands and makes his life meaningful. The dignity of the person in whom these qualities are present remains forever.
Health
Work cannot be done properly in an unhealthy state. Nor can you enjoy worldly pleasures like travelling, eating, socializing. Neglecting health makes the life of some people hell. That is why every person cherishes the desire to remain healthy and makes efforts according to his discretion. Apart from daily activities, the care of the rare body should not be neglected in the path of attaining God. The body has the first place in staying on the path of religion, so its proper protection is necessary. Your body also has a right among those identities for which you have a feeling of gratitude and respect. Be aware of physical health, because your body is the area where you have to live throughout your life.
Being healthy is not limited to being disease free in body and mind, emotional and spiritual adversities are big obstacles to overall health. The mind resides in the body, however, there is a difference in the form, functioning and final outcome of both body and mind. The body seeks immediate happiness, the mind is capable of identifying with the supreme power through thoughts and feelings. In due course of time, the body will dissolve into the five elements, while the mind which represents the soul has to merge with the Supreme Being. The place of the mind is higher because the body follows its instructions. Most of our problems, including health, are related to the mismanagement and imbalance of the body and mind. The body should be kept as active as possible and the mind should be concentrated.
The lifestyle of most people is the opposite of this. We try to get more and more. The lack of virtues like desire for happiness, kindness, altruism, companionship is the root cause of the rapidly increasing mental disorders. Cases of anxiety, haste, aggression are increasing. Staying composed has become a challenge. Proper care of the body has become necessary.
Birth and Death
Life has been called a stage. Birth is its beginning and death is its end. One is the dawn of the east, the other is the night of the evening. In one is the first shriek of life, in the other is the last echo of nothingness. Life tied to both these ends is actually a momentary light decorated in the sunshine and shade of time. A newborn child is like a new expression of nature, the latest breath of creation and the unspoken poem of the future. His shrieks reverberate like a sound in the deserted corridors of time. If you look into his eyes, it seems that the peace and mystery of some other world are hidden there.
Time, whose very nature is change, slowly takes life towards maturity and a day comes when death knocks on the door with its unperturbed smile. Death is neither cruel nor a symbol of cruelty. It is a bed of rest for the tired feet of life. This is the junction where the soul separates from the body. Where breaths become silent, but memories begin to speak. Death cannot be considered the end, but can be seen as a necessary turning point in the immortal journey of the soul. The body can end, but not the soul.
That is why birth is not just joy and death is not just grief. Birth is a responsibility to improve oneself, society and creation. Death is an opportunity for review, rebirth and to join that immortal stream where the difference between 'I' and 'you' dissolves. Life is like a bridge that stretches between birth and death. It is our good fortune to walk on this bridge. The more tenderly, compassionately and sensitively we cross it, the brighter will be the memory that will remain alive even after we are gone.
🔥Fire🔥
Heat is a major symptom of life. In winter, when life stops, gets blocked, then this heat helps in saving the existence of the body. Heat is the proof of survival. As soon as the body becomes heatless, it is said that the body has become cold. These are soft and cultured words chosen to announce death.
There are many types of fires in a human being's life. First of all, gastric fire, without which it is not possible to nourish the soul. This fire was obtained so that we could gather fuel for thoughts, for hard work. However, just as energy is transformed, in the same way we convert the energy obtained from gastric fire into other types of fire - fire of jealousy, fire of anger, fire of revenge, fire of evil thoughts, fire of destructive tendencies. One fire which cooks food, the other fire can become a forest fire. Even after burning in these small fires throughout our lives, we are unable to learn a lesson. We are unable to know that the more fuel you give to the fire, the more it keeps on growing. Our aim was to get coolness, not burning. We had to aim at calming down the fire, but we considered fuelling it as our aim.
One final fire is waiting on the funeral pyre. In this one fire, all the accumulated fires of the entire life are burnt. Then only the fire of repentance remains. If we had controlled the other fires throughout life, then this fire of repentance would not have remained with the soul as an inheritance. Only saints are such whose bodies feel cool even after burning in the final fire. It may be difficult for an ordinary person to extinguish the inauspicious fire, but one can practice controlling it.
Purity of mind
The mind is the center point or the origin of all the activities and emotions related to our life. The form in which we present ourselves in the outside world is based on our mind. If the mind is pure, then all our activities will be completely appropriate and balanced. Purity means purity or cleanliness. Purity of mind is of utmost importance in life, because when the mind is pure, then undoubtedly life will also be full of peace, happiness, joy and satisfaction. On the contrary, if there is any kind of ideological distortion or impurity in the mind, then in such a condition our life will also become disturbed and unbalanced somewhere.
Purity of mind means that our mind should be filled with pure and clean thoughts, feelings and resolutions. For this, it is very important that we try to keep our mind away from any kind of negativity by covering it with virtues. Purity of mind depends on what is present inside us. Vices like falsehood, deceit, fraud, ego, jealousy, hatred, greed and lust take our mind far away from purity. In such a condition, perversion is born in our mind and this perversion ultimately damages our personality.
With the influence of good conduct, satisfaction, patience, humility and good company, the mind is able to attain the priceless gem of purity with utmost ease. A mind filled with despair and negativity can never attain the ultimate state of purity. For spiritual progress, it is essential for the mind to be pure. Remember that if the mind is pure, then we can make a successful attempt to connect with the supreme power even while living in this material world.

A web of desires
Desire means the desire to achieve something. Desire can be a boon for life as well as a curse. Whether a desire will prove beneficial or harmful for us depends on our inner self. Often desire is seen as an enemy but desires are not always harmful. If we arm our desires with control and positivity, then undoubtedly those desires will pave the way for our self-development and self-improvement.
The foundation of its effects and results is built on the feeling that is associated with the desire that arises in the mind. If the desire is associated with the feeling of peace and doing work without expectations, then it will definitely develop our personality and take it to the highest peak of progress, but if the same desire is surrounded by a feeling of restlessness and anxiety, then it will definitely pose a great threat to the peace of our inner self.
The result of this will be that we will become incapable and incapable of completing any of our work with perfection. As soon as desires attain fulfillment, they start creating a network within the inner mind. Other desires start arising from one desire.
This situation leads us to unrest. We should stop this network of desires from growing towards infinity, because if this network keeps growing, the inner mind will be surrounded by infinite desires. In such a condition, we will be deprived of enjoying the real joy of life. When desires are controlled and their nature is convergent, then they will be beneficial for us. On the contrary, if they are uncontrolled and include divergent feelings, then they will be harmful for us.
Soul
The migration of the soul means the soul leaving one body and entering another. It is true that every living being on earth is a part of God, which is known as soul. Just as God is eternal, similarly the soul, which is a part of God, is also eternal, which never gets destroyed. This soul resides in the body of the living being, of which the ignorant man has no knowledge and he considers himself only as a body. A man involved in material pleasures always desires new clothes for his body and makes various efforts for this.
Our soul keeps on taking new bodies from time to time. The process of changing the body of the soul is completed by death. For the soul to wear good clothes in the form of the body, a knowledgeable man collects virtuous wealth by doing selfish deeds. An ignorant man does not make any effort to get a new good body in the form of clothes for the soul present inside him. In this way, an ignorant man unaware of the soul gets involved in good and bad deeds in the world. Bad deeds force a living being to live in the ocean of suffering in the form of birth and death, and good deeds free the soul from this cycle of birth and death and help it attain the Supreme God.
A person attains the knowledge of the soul by progressing on the spiritual path with faith. A person who has attained self-realization takes the end of death as a change of clothes and at the time of death he keeps taking the name of God. By this process, a person who has attained self-realization becomes free from the cycle of birth and death and merges with God, which is called attainment of salvation.
Self-confidence
Self-confidence means having complete faith in your ability to deal with any situation. However, it is not so easy to incorporate self-confidence in our personality. Just as iron takes on a red color after being heated in fire and then it can be molded into any shape very easily, in the same way, only after being heated in the fire of hard work, our personality becomes imbued with the quality of self-confidence. Self-confidence gives a person the ability to face difficult situations firmly.
In fact, the origin of self-confidence is our inner mind. Our external appearance and activities are affected only by it. Self-confidence is such a power born from our inner mind, which we need at every step of life. The inclusion of abilities and qualities in personality is possible only through self-confidence. Self-confidence leads us towards success as well as mental peace. The higher the level of self-confidence, the better our performance will be in all activities. On the contrary, a low level of self-confidence also affects our performance badly. Self-confidence is necessary to reach the peak of success.
Only with self-confidence can we succeed in acquiring the invaluable treasure of patience. Self-confidence is also very important to remove the feeling of negativity from the inner mind. In short, self-confidence is the foundation on which the grand building of a successful life is built. Once we develop self-confidence in ourselves, then no obstacle of any kind can stop us from achieving our goal.
OPEN ALL DOORS
When all doors are closed and you have nowhere to go, that is when you go within. Every crisis is an opportunity and you are the beginning. A pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty. Be optimistic, trust God, He will never close doors for you unless He opens another door. . When one door closes another door opens, but we often look so long and so regretfully at the closed doors that we don't see the ones that open for us. . If a door closes in your life; do you focus so much on what you have lost that you don't see any other opportunity that is opening before you? If one door closes, move on to the other door. . There is so much happening in the world today - recession, job loss, etc., that it seems there is no way out of the situation we are in. We pray and beg God to open windows of opportunity for us.
Understand that sometimes God will close the door to protect you from a situation, or even bless you with blessings you never thought of. . There are times when we pray and ask God for many things. However, we never ask God to open doors He wants to open and close doors He wants to close. God has another plan for you. In all things, God works for the good of those who love and trust Him. . Sometimes the things we pray for are not the things God has in store for us. Often, we pray for small things when God wants to bless us with big things. Sometimes we even pray for God to bless us with the wrong things. You may be going through a situation right now where nothing is working out for your good. You may feel like giving up and throwing in the towel. But don’t give up. . When God closes one door he opens another. It could be that God wants you to be somewhere else in life. Or that He has another path for you to go down. Sometimes we have to hear a 'no' to get where God wants us to be. Sometimes the door is not closed because God is against us, but simply because it is used as a tool to guide us to where God wants us to be!

The price of luxury
The luxurious life takes a heavy price for the happiness it gives. Even the rich people who enjoy luxury are often caught in complications. There is a lack of love. There is no ease in life. The sorrow of complexity and harshness is spread every moment. Even after such adverse conditions, it is not known why people refrain from giving up the happiness of luxury. Without breaking the doors and bars of big palaces, which are considered safe, and without any noise, unrest enters at any time and imprisons them in a cage, in which the living beings do not live but keep fluttering.

The Price of Luxury – Desire that Drives the World |
The happiness of luxury is like that rollercoaster swing which takes you to a height and gives you an intoxication by drenching you with happiness, but as time changes, it again throws you down with the same speed. There is happiness and intoxication in going up, but the pitiable condition of the heart while falling down is unbearable.
Similarly, unlimited desires to collect comforts and luxuries are like wet wood which cannot burn and give heat, rather it dims the available comforts with the smoke of sorrow. Still, instead of thinking of limiting our desires, we keep on reducing our body. The situation becomes even more difficult when the Laxman Rekha of needs is crossed. There is no sorrow in living with needs, because everyone's needs are within a limit and everyone fulfills them by working a little more, but the ocean of desires is endless and unlimited. No matter how much you fill it, it remains empty. This feeling of emptiness keeps making us sad continuously. We should make up our mind that whatever I need, I should have that much and whatever I have, that much I need and will remain.

ReplyDeleteThis blog was a powerful reminder that closed doors aren't the end — they're often God's way of guiding us to something better.
ReplyDeleteI’ve learned that instead of being stuck in regret, we should shift our focus to the new doors God is opening for us.
Sometimes His “no” is a protection, a redirection, or preparation for a greater blessing.
It taught me to trust God's timing, even when I don’t understand the situation.
Truly, every closed door carries a purpose — and faith helps us walk toward the right one
This is a deep and eye-opening reflection on the cost of luxury and the endless trap of desire. It beautifully reminds us that true peace lies not in accumulating more, but in understanding and embracing our real needs. A powerful message in today’s world of constant craving.

ReplyDeleteIndeed, this write-up beautifully highlights the importance of self-confidence. 🌟 Self-confidence is that essence of a person’s personality which not only gives them the courage to face challenges but also paves the way to success. Just as iron becomes strong and moldable after being heated in fire, a person’s character shines and strengthens through the fire of hard work. 💪
ReplyDeleteIt’s absolutely true that the root of self-confidence lies within us. When a person is confident from within, no external circumstance can become a barrier. A successful, peaceful, and purposeful life is built on the foundation of self-confidence.
A wonderful, inspiring, and motivating piece! 👏✨
This passage offers a profound view on the nature of the soul and its eternal connection with the divine. The metaphor of changing bodies like changing clothes is especially thought-provoking.

ReplyDeleteThis passage explains that:
A luxurious life may look happy from the outside, but it often lacks real peace, love, and simplicity.
Even rich people suffer from emotional complications and inner emptiness.
Desires are endless, and chasing after more comforts and luxuries brings more sorrow, not satisfaction.
True happiness is found when we limit our desires and focus only on fulfilling our real needs.
When a person accepts: “What I have is enough, and I only need what I already have,”—then
1. Thoughtful and deep:
> "Such a powerful message. True peace doesn’t come from luxury, but from contentment and simplicity. This really touched my heart."
2. Short and expressive:
> "So true—peace lies in accepting what we have, not in running after more."
3. Reflective style:
> "A reminder we all need—desires never end, but peace begins where we draw the line."
4. Poetic tone:
> "Luxury may shine on the outside, but it often hides an imprisoned soul within. Loved this truth."
This is a deep and eye-opening reflection on the cost of luxury and the endless trap of desire. It beautifully reminds us that true peace lies not in accumulating more, but in understanding and embracing our real needs...

ReplyDeleteСила медитации дает человеку стабильность и внутренний мир с самим собой. Как сказал Будда, медитация — величайшая сила, которую может обрести человек.
ReplyDeleteThe paragraph beautifully highlights how spiritual practice fosters self-realization and inner strength by freeing the mind from negative burdens like ego and anger. It resonates deeply with the idea that true fulfillment comes from within, through meditation and discernment. The emphasis on truth and love as transformative forces is particularly powerful—they not only dissolve hatred and fear but also cultivate humility and patience. This aligns with many wisdom traditions that teach inner reflection as the path to peace. A meaningful addition could be how consistent small practices (like daily mindfulness or gratitude) can gradually build this discernment, making the journey accessible to everyone
ReplyDeleteThis write-up elegantly underscores the significance of self-confidence—an essential aspect of one’s personality that empowers individuals to tackle obstacles with courage while guiding them toward success. Much like iron that gains strength and flexibility after enduring the heat of fire, a person’s character flourishes and fortifies through the trials of hard work.
ReplyDeleteThe essence of self-confidence undeniably stems from within. When someone develops inner confidence, external situations lose their power to hinder progress. A fulfilling, serene, and meaningful life is rooted in the steadfast foundation of self-confidence.
